Precision Micro Turned Parts
Dofet has a decade long experience and high-quality CNC machines with the most recent software for the production of precision micro turned parts. In addition to the strict observance of all the specifics indicated on the customer’s drawing, we are available and pleased to cooperate also in new projects to develop “tailored” precision micro turned parts and find together solutions to reduce the costs without affecting the quality of the product. One of our major strengths is the flexibility that enable us to offer sampling services for 10-20 pcs but also to realize production lots of tens of thousands of pcs.
Industrial Blades
Thanks to our long experience in the production of stainless steel scissors and our high tech machines for the CNC grinding and sharpening we are able to produce high quality strong stainless steel sheared blades for different sectors. Our blades are 100% produced inside our factory.
We are specialized in the machining of special steels with very high hardness to cut fabrics, composites fibres and special materials but produce also blades for food processing certified to come in contact with food (M.O.C.A. regulations).
Scissors
Dofet was established in 1967 in Premana, the Italian district worldwide famous for the production of scissors. We are specialized in the production of scissors for different sectors: textile scissors, kitchen shears and for food processing, scissors for industrial use, hairdressing scissors, scissors for hobby and craft, paper scissors… Our top models are the timeless stainless steel tailor scissors with nylon handles, worldwide known for their high cutting quality, ergonomics and strong feature. Thanks to our long experience, we are able to produce scissors following the customer’s specific needs. Starting from a drawing or a sample we are able to develop the entire industrialisation process and the necessary tooling.
In addition, we can customize our proper models in every little aspect (handle colour, screw type, blade grinding type, blade printing...) This because our scissors are entirely produced inside our factory.
